Cheltenham Trefoil Guild had a super meeting last night with the Glos Ukuladies who
played and sang songs from the sixties. The music was brilliant and we had a great sing along. I was surprised no one got up to jive-it was great and we can really recommend it.
- Cheltenham Trefoil Guild member
Ukuladies have a varied repertoire which they perform with aplomb. You feel very happy and cheerful after their performance.
- Sheila Alder, Central W.I.
Chalk up another winner - the feedback after yesterday afternoon was really good,
everyone enjoyed it, appreciated the ukulele quiz and handouts for choruses.
- Hazel Butler, Bishops Cleeve U3A local history group
Really set the picnic atmosphere on our event (on a windy and wet day in October!). The band sounded fantastic, that is really what I think. I'd like to thank you for supporting our community event so well!
- John Andrews, Clifton Diocese
Thank you and your wonderful group for the wonderful Christmas entertainment you gave us last Friday. Everybody loved it. The music and singing, the jokes, the quiz and also the information about ukuleles and their different sizes and sounds. It really was the start of Christmas.
Ann Williams, Painswick Friday Club
Brilliant music and lovely to hear about all the different instrument types. Would love to hear them again, very good entertainment.
